1. Making mold
1) Design of mold diagram and lofting, making mold platform, sampling plate, making plaster cast in sequence according to requirements of engineering drawing;
2) Duplicate basic mold on the plaster cast with FRP materials;
3) Surface treatment of basic mold;
4) Duplicate a production mold based on the treated basic mold;

 

 

 

 

 

 




2. Pressing and forming
1) Turn on electric oven to preheat for 20-30 minutes. Wait till oven reaches specified temperature and then put the properly cut acrylic sheet into the oven to bake for 3-5 minutes;
2) Take out the softened sheet and put it into the mold rack and fix it;
3) Turn on the vacuum air valve for vacuum forming;
4) Forming and mold stripping after fan-cooling for 3-5 minutes;

 

 

 

 

 



3. Fiber spreading
1) Take a semi-finished product without deforming or damage;
2) Stand it upside down on the rack, and adjust for steadiness, and prevent damage or deforming;
3) Evenly apply resin white size on the blank, cap it with glass cloth or fiber, and again apply deep resin white size on the cloth or fiber surface;
4) Cover the glass cloth or fiber with a layer of resin, and then cover it with wood, and use glass fiber to make it solid;
5) Wait till it dries and then check it to make sure there is no damage or deforming, and turn to the next workstage;


 

 



 

4. Edge sawing
1) Carry the semi-finished product with fiber onto the wood rack and fix it. Leave edges according to product requirements;
2) Turn on motor power for edge sawing;
3) After completion, carry the semi-finished product off the wood rack and do edge patch and hole drilling. Turn to the next workstage after inspection;

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

5. Apron installation
1) Make lines and burnish the sawed semi-finished products;
2) Spread fiber under the tub, fix the stainless steel rack with adjustable footing;
3) Match and fix the apron with the tub body according to the line;
4) Apron can be installed to be removable on requirements (customer can assembly by himself at home);
5) Check and make sure that everything is correct and then pass on to semi-finished product warehouse acceptance check;

 


 

6. Installation
1) Installing massage tub
a. Draw lines on the semi-finished product and make holes;
b. Take relevant parts and materials as required (massage tub nozzle, PVC tube, motor, glue and glass cement, etc.);
c. Install the motor to its position;
d. Apply glass cement evenly to the nozzle, and install it to the tub body, and connect PVC tube, and connect motor and backwater elbow);
e. Install other parts (3-part kit, shower head seat, drainer, etc.);
f. 24 hours later (after complete melting of the glass cement), do water testing for 30 minutes, and check for heating of the motor, and for leakage at all joints and looseness of all parts; after completing water testing, drain the water and enter the next stage;

2) Installing steam room and common shower room
● Aluminum alloy
a. Choose quality aluminum profiles, measure required dimensions and cut precisely;
b. Decide hole positions and drill holes, then clear burrs and deliver to coloring treatment;
● Glass installation
a. Select qualified and matching glass and aluminum material;
b. Place the glass on the work platform (use glass sealing strip on the edges, install matching aluminum material to the edges of glass);
c. Lock the aluminum connecting part with stainless tapping screws;
d. Use adjustable sliding wheels to install the movable door to the fixed door, and adjust the adjustable wheels so that the two movable doors match perfectly and seal at the magnetic strip position;

3) Assembly
a. Burnish the edges of the back sheet and top cover which have been examined to be qualified and ready to be installed;
b. Install fan, speaker, top shower and lamp at the top cover; install drainer at the base tray or tub; install faucet nozzle and so on at the back sheet;
c. Move the back sheet which has been installed with parts to the end edge of the base tray or tub so that it matches well and symmetrically with the base tray or tub, use locking pliers for clamping, and drill holes at proper positions, and use stainless steel nails for tightening;
d. Move the matching glass door onto the tub, drill holes to lock it with back sheet;
e. Place the top cover properly so that it matches well and symmetrically, and lock it;
4) Installation of shower room and steam room parts
a. Once again carefully burnish edges of acrylic sheets, top cover, base tray or tub, and draw lines and do positioning according to project drawing, and drill holes;
b. Take relevant parts and materials (steam generator or control panel, faucet, nozzle and lifting rack, etc.);

5)Testing
a. Connect cold/hot water to the assembled integral shower room or steam room, test the water flow of faucet, shower head, nozzles and top shower, and check for leakage at faucet, shower head, etc.;
b. Connect power supply of steam generator or control panel, check for normal operation of the radio, exhaust fan and lamp, and also test the steam condition of the steam generator;

 


 

 

7. Polishing and packaging
1) All-around product inspection is done once again to make sure there’s no problem before polishing;
2) Wipe clean the qualified polished products and place them according to rules and do inspection;
3) Make wood racks for inspected products according to specifications and models, and finally check for missing parts;
4) Packing and warehousing.
